Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facility Engagement: act as a liaison between nursing, sales, wellness and leadership.
• Patient Engagement: coordinate care between specialists and other services; manage front desk duties and scheduling.
• Clinical Functions: greet patients, take vitals, prepare for visits, coordinate after-visit coordination, complete diagnostic testing, monitor quality assurance.
