Job summary

P3 Health Partners, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support a geriatric population within a value-based care model.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, performing vital signs, geriatric assessments, and data entry in the EHR, in-office or via telemedicine, with a focus on quality and population health. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, in-office, with $22–$26 hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Certification as Medical Assistant required.
• Experience with geriatric care preferred.
• Comfort calling patients and external offices.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity, obtain vital signs, and record medical history for review.
• Perform procedures within scope (venipuncture, ear lavage) and handle specimens.
• Prepare for visits by reviewing open care gaps.
• Coordinate visits with the team in office or via telemedicine.
• Review charts to identify overdue screenings and request records.
