AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking an LVN for a float position in California. The LVN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician, performing vital signs, data collection, medication administration, and treatments.

The role requires graduation from an accredited LVN program, CA LVN license, and preferred 1 year of LVN experience with geriatric patients. BLS certification is required, and bilingual abilities (Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese) are

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program.
• Current California LVN license (Vocational Nursing & Psychiatric Tech).
• Minimum 1 year LVN experience preferred.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.
• Valid BLS certification required or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a RN or Physician.
• Take vital signs and collect patient data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform duties related to float LVN position.
• Maintain valid driver’s license and active insurance verification.
