Job summary

Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nursing Associate to provide person-centered care for seniors across skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory care. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, support treatments and rehabilitation, and document in the EHR while collaborating with RNs and an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Must hold a current LVN license to practice.
Provide person-centered care across skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living and memory care.
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to plan and deliver care.

Document care activities accurately in the EHR.
