Job summary

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nursing Associate to provide person-centered care to seniors across skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory care. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, support treatments, and document in the EHR while collaborating with RNs and interdisciplinary teams.

You will educate residents and families, uphold infection control and safety standards, and contribute to our faith-based mission of dignity and quality

Qualifications

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Missouri is required.
Experience with geriatric and long-term care preferred.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to seniors.

Responsibilities

Monitor residents' vital signs and assess health status.
Administer medications and support treatments and rehabilitation plans.
Document care and treatment in the EHR.
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Educate residents and families about conditions, treatments, and safety.
