Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal long-term care regulations

Responsabilités

• Ordering medications, equipment and supplies as prescribed
• Preparing and administering treatments/medications as ordered by the physician
• Notify the physician or family of changes in resident condition
• Administer nursing procedures such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressings, and irrigations as needed
• Monitor seriously ill residents continuously
• Advocate for residents and ensure care aligns with care plans
• Complete charting accurately and timely
