Avalon Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident‑centered care in a geriatric setting. You will assess residents, document changes, and promote physical and psychosocial well‑being while learning their life stories to deliver person‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
