You will coordinate and deliver resident-centered nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and supervise nursing assistants to support high-quality clinical outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to maintain individualized care plans, promote safety, and respond to residents' changing needs.

Qualifications

• LVN/LPN licensure in Texas.
• Experience coordinating nursing care and supervising CNAs preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
