Job summary

Touchstone Communities seeks a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. You will coordinate and deliver resident-centered nursing care, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.

You’ll collaborate closely with therapy, physicians, and families to support recovery and long-term care goals in a faith- and values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Licensed nursing professional with leadership responsibility.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in skilled nursing settings.
