Jobot is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities throughout shoreline New London County.

This role offers a full-time salary of $95,000 to $115,000 per year with flexible scheduling, health benefits, PTO, and an established patient population. Candidates must possess an active Connecticut LCSW license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LCSW license is required.
• Experience in geriatric and behavioral health settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and support in skilled nursing facilities.
• Develop treatment plans and conduct clinical assessments.
• Maintain documentation timely and collaborate with care teams.
• Travel to facilities as required.
