Job summary

Quality Life Services seeks a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join Quality Medical Associates in a clinical leadership role across Western Pennsylvania facilities.

The role combines direct clinical work with system-wide social services support, collaborating with facility teams to enhance psychosocial care, regulatory compliance, and person-centered care. Travel among locations is required and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LCSW license in PA.
• MSW from CSWE-accredited program.
• 1–2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation and support to social services staff across Quality Life Services.
• Assist with complex resident cases, crisis intervention, ethics consultations, and resident advocacy.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate.
• Assess residents with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or behavioral health needs.
• Develop and standardize social services policies across facilities.
• Support regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
