Job summary

MTC Care in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LISW) for an in-person role serving adults and seniors in long-term care facilities. You will manage an established caseload, provide psychotherapy, and develop personalized treatment plans while collaborating with facility staff and an interdisciplinary team.

The position offers a strong compensation package with RVU-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and dedicated support staff to ensure success for both patients

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice and bill independently.
• Active license to practice in State(s) where MTC Care operates.
• Significant experience in treating adult and/or senior patient population, particularly with patients exhibiting severe persistent mental illness.
• Strong communication skills and cultural humility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a seasoned social work consultant in long-term care facilities.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
• Complete mood and symptom-based screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for adults and/or seniors.
• Collaborate with facility staff and consult with interdisciplinary teams.

Education

Master's Degree in Social Work

Licensure: LICSW or LCSW with independent practice

Active licensure in operating state(s)

Experience with adult/senior populations (severe mental illness)

Strong communication and cultural humility
