Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventative geriatric primary care to a diverse patient panel.
• Manage cases across high, emerging, and low-risk categories.
• Provide care for hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.
• Address CHF, CAD, and other cardiovascular conditions.
• Treat COPD, asthma, CKD, and thyroid disorders.
• Manage osteoarthritis and chronic pain.
• Address dementia, cognitive decline, falls, mobility issues, and osteoporosis.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and infections.
