Job summary

Overture Home Care LLC in the Dallas area is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our full-time team. We specialize in Alzheimer's and Dementia care, hospice, and general geriatric nursing, delivering dedicated support to seniors across the Dallas area.

The RN will perform basic nursing procedures, administer medications, train caregiving staff, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans while documenting changes and coordinating care with family and healthcare

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Minimum of two years' experience in geriatric healthcare.
• Flexibility for assessments and scheduling trainings.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic nursing procedures including medication administration and treatments.
• Train caregiving staff on RN delegated care.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Observe, document changes in condition and respond with appropriate nursing actions.
• Complete required reports and client assessments.
