Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for Home Health around Rhinelander, WI. Territory spans up to 60 miles from the hub, with focus on geriatric cases; Oasis EXP and EMR can be relevant depending on patient needs.

Shift is Day (5x8), 40 guaranteed hours. Requires 1 year of recent home health experience and current OT license with BLS. On-call is every 3rd to 4th weekend; locals accepted at travel rate. An iPad is provided and mileage is reimbursed at IRS rates.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in home health or related field.
• Current OT license in hand.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings.
• Document timely and accurate patient records.
