Job summary

Providence ElderPlace is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with an interest in geriatrics to join a well-established team in Seattle, WA. This role focuses on elderly patient care within the PACE model, delivering comprehensive medical and support services.

The position offers mostly outpatient work with some nursing home and home care, a Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule, and CME benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of clinical experience or be a new graduate.
• Per diem scheduling with flexibility.
• Compassionate care for elderly patients.

Responsibilities

• Primarily outpatient care with some nursing home and home care duties.
• Coordinate patient care within the PACE model.
• Participate in team-based care with Providence ElderPlace providers.
