Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, portioning, and serving meals according to dietary requirements and safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining sanitation.
• Support the dietary department by keeping preparation areas clean and organized.
• Follow prescribed dietary guidelines including special diets for residents.
• Assist with meal delivery, bussing tables, and dining area cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Use PPE properly to ensure workplace safety at all times.
• Collaborate with nursing and dietary teams to meet residents' nutritional needs.
