Job summary

360care seeks a General Dentist with heart to serve geriatric and underserved communities. You will travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, delivering comprehensive dental care with empathy and a patient-first approach.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will enjoy flexible scheduling, no evenings or weekends, and the ability to focus on clinical decisions while 360care handles logistics and support.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD in good standing, eligible to practice dentistry.
• Experience serving geriatric populations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, removable prosthodontics and oral surgery.
• Document procedures and treatment in EMR.
• Follow established standards and protocols.
• Supervise Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist as a team.
