Job summary

360care is seeking a General Dentist with heart for geriatric and underserved communities. You will travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities to provide comprehensive dental care and document all procedures in our EMR system.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers a flexible schedule with no evenings or weekends. You will focus on delivering high-quality care, making clinical decisions, while we handle logistics, scheduling, billing, and support.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Provide comprehensive dental care in the areas of preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontic, and oral surgery.
• Properly document all procedures and treatment utilizing our EMR system.
• Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Provide supervision of Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist working as a team.
