FutureCare Health & Management seeks a dedicated GNA to join our Baltimore-area nursing teams. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents’ conditions, and provide compassionate support under nursing supervision.

The role requires current GNA certification and Maryland licensure, a positive attitude, teamwork, and strong communication. We value empathy and offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current GNA certification and Maryland license.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Team-oriented collaborator.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Calm and patient demeanor with residents.
• Empathy and compassion in resident interactions.

Responsabilités

• Assist nursing staff with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.).
• Take vital signs at start of shift and as directed.
• Respond to calls for assistance and monitor resident changes.
• Complete required documentation promptly.
• Transport residents as needed.
• Provide companionship to residents and ensure safety.
• Motivate residents to stay active and engaged.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
