Job summary

Miami Jewish Health in Florida seeks a Clinical Educator to lead staff development, orientation and continuing education across the organization. The role assesses needs, designs programs and evaluates outcomes, promoting professional excellence in patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing or related field, with RN licensure in Florida and at least one year of acute care and clinical education experience, preferably with geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Education, or related field.
• RN licensure in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience as an RN.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical education and staff development experience.
• Geriatric population experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current and future clinical-care and staff development needs.
• Develop, conduct, and evaluate nursing orientation and education programs.
• Coordinate orientation, in-service and continuing education, infection control, and risk management.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a liaison with clinical school programs and coordinate clinical experiences.
