Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Florida. BLS or CPR and ACLS required.

• Direct, supervise, hire, fire and evaluate direct reports and staff.
• Coordinate Eldercare operations and ensure compliance with contracts, regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and patient care delivery across Eldercare services.
• Participate in hiring, competency development and performance reviews.
