Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem
Shifts Available: Day, Evening, Night – 8 or 12 hour scheduling options

The LECOM Institute for Successful Living is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Geriatric Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our growing healthcare family. In this vital role, you’ll provide skilled, patient-centered care to our elderly residents—enhancing their quality of life and preserving their dignity every single day.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver top-quality nursing care tailored to geriatric patients’ unique needs
• Monitor residents’ health and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Foster strong relationships with residents and their families
• Promote a nurturing, respectful, and empowering environment

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred (but not required—we train the right people!)
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to elder care
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
