Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking an empathetic Caregiver/Medication Manager to provide personal assistance and support for residents in our community. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, performing bed baths, and following medication protocols for each individual.

The role requires readiness to obtain a Medication Manager certification on-site if not already certified, plus CPR and First Aid.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Medication Manager certification is obtainable on-site if not certified.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Bathe and clean residents of all genders as needed.
• Follow medication administration protocols for each resident.
• Assist in grooming, nails, hair, and personal care tasks.
• Change linens, tidy rooms, and prepare spaces for residents.
• Answer emergency calls promptly and assist with mobility as directed.
• Take vitals and report abnormal findings to nurse or director.
