Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and support residents' socio-emotional needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report equipment issues.
• Prevent infection through proper hand hygiene and linen handling.
• Record observations and report to the Charge Nurse.
• Postmortem care and assist with transports as needed.
