Mam Communications Inc is hiring a Store Manager to lead our AT&T Wireless Store teams in California. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We offer competitive hourly pay and a monthly commission plan, with opportunities to earn bonuses through performance targets. This is a full-time, in-person role with evening and weekend hours essential to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Two or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage store operations to meet sales objectives.
• Lead and motivate the store team and training new staff.
• Schedule staff and optimize store performance during peak hours.
• Analyze performance data and take corrective actions as needed.

Store Managers are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives.

Hourly Pay Range: $25.00
