Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in the daily operation of a retail store. You will drive merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

Join a team that emphasizes leadership development, training, and teamwork. You will coach a team of sales consultants and participate in off-site outreach events, with a strong emphasis on promotion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $42,800.00 - $64,200.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
