Job summary

U-Haul recherche un Gérant de territoire régional pour superviser et développer son réseau de concessionnaires dans la zone attribuée. Vous assurerez l'accompagnement et la formation des dealers et ferez croître l'activité locale.

Le poste exige la conduite, une connaissance du marché américain et la capacité à gérer des tournées et des objectifs de P&L, avec des prestations et des avantages propres à U-Haul.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
• Expérience en gestion de relations avec des commerçants locaux souhaitable.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et organiser les tournées.

Responsibilities

• Gérer et développer le réseau de concessionnaires U-Haul dans la zone assignée.
• Maintenir et optimiser les relations avec les petits commerces locaux et les partenaires U-Haul.
• Gérer les flux de tournées et le service des équipements dans le territoire.
• Conduire et effectuer les tâches opérationnelles liées au poste pour assurer l'efficacité.

Perform minor repair and maintenance on U-Haul equipment. Arrange for the recovery of lost, stolen or abandoned U-Haul equipment.* Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.**Minimum Requirements:*** Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record to operate commercial motor vehicles* High school diploma or equivalent* Must be able to obtain a D.O.T. health certificate from a federally registered medical examiner* Must be 18 or older**Work Environment:**The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.**Physical Demands:**The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.U-Haul Holding Company, and its family of companies including U-Haul International, Inc.
