Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks a Wellsite Supervisor to oversee geothermal well construction, supervise contractors, and make real-time decisions on site to deliver wells to specification.

You will lead health, safety, and environment on location, enforce standards, and coordinate with the Drilling Manager and Project Manager. This role requires field leadership on rotation and travel across the western United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in wellsite drilling supervision or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all drilling contractor and service company activity on location and provide clear direction.

Skills

8+ years in wellsite supervision

Hard rock drilling experience

Air/wet drilling operations

Stop-work authority

Contractor/service company management

Casing running and cementing knowledge

Daily reporting and cost-tracking

Clear communication to non-technical

Driver's license

Medical fitness for remote field work

Geothermal drilling experience

Education

Well control certification (IADC WellSharp or IWCF)

H2S certification

First aid certification

Site access requirements/compliance

Medical/fitness-for-duty requirements
