Job summary

Brightcore Energy is looking for a Safety Coordinator to oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance on geothermal drilling sites. The ideal candidate will manage safety audits, training materials, and incident reports, requiring a bachelor's degree and significant experience in safety coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a safety coordination role, preferably in construction or renewable energy.
• Certification in safety (e.g., CSP, ASP) preferred.
• Ability to develop site-specific safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety protocols on geothermal drilling job sites.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop and distribute safety training materials.
