Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking staff engineers to gain exposure to geotechnical investigations, materials testing programs, and forensic assignments under licensed engineers. You will observe drilling, reduce data, and draft reports while coordinating field crews and meeting licensure goals.

You will receive mentorship toward PE licensure and exam support, with field and office rotations across geotechnical, materials, and forensic programs. Travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• EIT certificate or exam scheduled.
• Clear technical writing.
• Interest in geotechnical, materials, or forensic practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and observe drilling and field testing programs.
• Reduce and review laboratory data.
• Draft geotechnical and materials reports.
• Support forensic investigations, coring programs, and distress evaluations.
• Coordinate field crews and laboratory scheduling on assigned projects.
• Progress toward PE licensure with mentorship and exam support.
