Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks staff engineers to gain exposure across geotechnical investigations, materials testing programs, forensic assignments, and report writing under licensed professionals.

You will rotate through geotechnical, materials, and forensic practice, supporting field crews, hand‑classifying samples, and drafting clear geotechnical and materials reports while working toward PE licensure with mentorship and exam support.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification or exam scheduled.
• Strong field capability and willingness to work on real projects.
• Clear technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and observe drilling and field testing programs.
• Reduce and review laboratory data.
• Draft geotechnical and materials reports.
• Support forensic investigations, coring programs, and distress evaluations.
• Coordinate field crews and laboratory scheduling on assigned projects.
• Progress toward PE licensure with mentorship and exam support.
