Job summary

Keller Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee geotechnical construction projects in Clyde, North Carolina. This full-time, on-site role manages project scope and budget across projects from $50,000 to $5,000,000 and leads client-facing activities.

You will work with the project team to maximize profitability, ensure safety compliance, and deliver as per contract requirements. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and data handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and coordinate with management for strategy.
• Assemble proposals including risk assessment, estimating, engineering, technical writing, site visits and client Q&A.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure understanding of contract requirements.
• Coordinate with pre-construction team for planning and feasibility.
