The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, a P.E. license, 5–10 years of geotechnical experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Typically 5–10 years of experience in geotechnical projects.
• P.E. license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate engineers, drill crews and sub-consultants on multiple projects.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets and proposals.
• Perform data analysis, subsurface investigations and report preparation.
• Ensure quality results and client satisfaction.
