Job summary

HireNow Staffing Inc is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (Geotechnical) to lead multiple geotechnical and civil construction projects in Florida, overseeing budgets, schedules, and client relations. The role blends office and field duties with relocation to Brooksville within 12 months and onsite work in Tampa initially.

The position requires 50+ hour weeks, strong communication and leadership, and offers long-term growth within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in geotechnical, civil, heavy construction, foundation, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida and relocate as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple geotechnical and construction projects from kickoff through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, labor planning, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular client meetings to define scope, expectations, and project updates.
• Coordinate internal teams, field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop cost estimates and monitor spend vs. budgets.
• Identify risks, delays, or variances and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for leadership and customers.
• Support proposal development with sales and estimating teams.
• Ensure work meets engineering standards, customer requirements, and safety expectations.
• Travel throughout Florida for active project oversight and client support.
• Balance approximately 50% office and 50% field responsibilities.
