Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion in Milwaukee, WI. You will oversee scope, schedules, resources, and budgets while ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance of geotechnical and related engineering projects.

You will work closely with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality results and maintain strong client relationships across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or geology with 5+ years’ related experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• PE, PG, or similar registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead geotechnical projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and implement solutions to minimize delays and maintain momentum.
• Lead project teams, set priorities, assign tasks, and provide guidance to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, change orders, invoicing, and collections.
