Job summary

Dynamic Engineering in Florida seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead geotechnical projects, manage budgets, and grow client relationships. You will guide a team of engineers and technicians, develop proposals, and oversee field exploration and testing across a range of project types.

The role requires a PE license, 5+ years in geotechnical consulting, and strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology or related engineering field; preferred geotechnical engineering concentration.
• Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in geotechnical consulting and construction material inspections.
• 5+ years’ experience in construction phase testing/inspection and related field activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for geotechnical projects and profitability.
• Manage client relationships and project budgets while supervising staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop client pipelines in FL.
• Direct field exploration programs and oversee labor and field testing.
• Prepare geotechnical investigations, designs, and construction phase reports.
• Review field logs and test data to support technical conclusions.
• Mentor staff and contribute to training and accreditation goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
