Job summary

Keller in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Project Engineer to support multiple geotechnical projects on site. You will review field data, prepare submittals, assist with bids, estimates, and change orders, and monitor the project quality control plan.

You will work with the project team, mentor field engineers, ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety rules, and QA/QC, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Reviews project requirements and contract requirements.
• Prepares and compiles information for project and contractual documentation.
• Alerts management to potential project impacts related to resources and scheduling.
• Responsible for material take-offs, scoping documents, and delivery for procurement.
• Manages submittal process, design calculations, data reports, and as-built drawings.
• Supports QA/QC program including tests and data analysis.
• Mentors field engineers and ensures compliance with plans and specs.
