Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Experience in a geotechnical laboratory is preferred but not required.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred but not required.
• Driver's license required.
• Willingness to perform out-of-town field work (~40%).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical field services, including subsurface exploration layouts.
• Conduct visual classification and laboratory testing of soil samples.
• Prepare exploration logs for geotechnical evaluations.
