Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years of geotechnical engineering experience, preferably with project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects by organizing subsurface investigations, field activities, and lab services.
• Interpret soil, rock, and groundwater conditions to guide foundations and site development.
• Develop technical reports, calculations, and design guidance for clients and teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Support staff development and safety through mentoring and ensuring quality work.

Skills

Geotechnical experience (4+ years)

PE license or eligible within 6 months

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining, or related engineering field
