Qualifications

• 8 years of practice experience in the relevant field.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 12 years’ related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all projects to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Oversee preparation of proposals and cost estimates.
• Lead business development activities to identify and win project opportunities.
• Manage department operations including staff training and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety compliance and monitoring quality standards.
