Intertek is seeking an entry-level Geotechnical Technician Intern in Fort Lauderdale, FL to join the Professional Services Industries (Intertek-PSI) team. The role involves performing laboratory testing, site assessments, and engineering duties under supervision in an A/E/C setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Geology preferred or in progress.

Responsabilités

• Perform laboratory testing under supervision and/or detailed procedures.
• Operate testing equipment and analyze data from tests.
• Assist with operation of laboratory and field equipment.
• Observe site activities and perform tasks per methods.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results.
• Communicate effectively with project teams.
• Adhere to safety practices and policies.
