ECS Limited, a leading geotechnical and construction materials consultant, is seeking a Group Manager for its Denver office. You will guide engineers, technicians, and project managers, mentor staff, and drive client relationships while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

The role requires 12+ years in geotechnical and construction materials, strong leadership, and business acumen with P&L experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of geotechnical and construction materials leadership experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and client-relations ability.
• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects across geotechnical and construction materials.
• Assemble project teams and provide full lifecycle leadership.
• Oversee project financials, resources, schedules and deliverables.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards and best practices.
• Perform technical reviews of designs, drawings, plans, and specs.
• Pursue new business opportunities through networking and proposals.
• Manage branch budgets, forecasts, hiring and staff development.
• Promote values, culture and high employee engagement.
