Job summary

GeoEngineers, Inc. is seeking civil engineering students for a Geotechnical Summer 2027 internship in Spokane, WA. The role offers hands-on field exposure, mentorship from engineers, and a summer outdoor learning environment.

Responsibilities include supervising field explorations, documenting conditions, and assisting with lab work and project deliverables while maintaining safety and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Civil/Geotechnical/Environmental Engineering degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitors field explorations and construction projects under guidance.
• Documents field conditions and completes field reports.
• May assist with routine laboratory testing and analyses.
• Assists engineers with office and project deliverables.
• Assists with organizing and maintaining lab and field equipment.
• Maintains field readiness and adheres to safety practices.
