Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare portions of estimates for specialty foundation construction projects.
• Review proposals and drawings to determine scope and inputs.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and input data into estimating software.
• Coordinate with vendors and operations to ensure accurate quotes.
• Maintain organized estimate documentation and back-ups for reviews.
• Ensure timely preparation of assigned estimate sections.
