You will conduct site investigations, perform analyses, and design foundations and slope stabilization systems, collaborating with project teams to ensure compliant and efficient solutions. The role requires a PE license and a minimum of 5 years in geotechnical engineering, with strong report writing and client coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site investigations to assess soil and rock conditions.
• Perform geotechnical analysis and calculations.
• Design foundations, retaining structures, and slope stabilization systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate geotechnical considerations.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to geotechnical specifications.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and recommendations.
• Track budgets & project financials for accuracy; invoice clients appropriately.
• Maintain positive business relationships with clients, government officials, contractors, etc.
• Participate in professional meetings and/or business development functions as needed.
