Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Geotechnical Engineer II to support GDOT projects in Georgia. You will conduct site visits, gather field data, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.

You will assist in preparing plans, specifications, and reports, perform basic calculations under senior engineers, and support design with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. A Georgia PE license and 3–5 years of geotechnical experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of geotechnical engineering experience; GDOT projects preferred
• Georgia Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
• Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing engineering plans, specifications, and reports
• Perform basic engineering calculations and analyses under senior engineers
• Support design and drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Conduct site visits, field inspections, and data collection
• Assist with permitting, regulatory compliance, and coordination with clients and agencies
• Participate in internal project meetings and collaborate with other disciplines
• Support project delivery, including budgeting and scheduling tasks
