Job summary

Dynamic Engineering is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to perform subsurface investigations, analyses, and evaluations for site development and forensic projects. You will support earth retention, wastewater disposal, foundations, and construction phase testing.

The role requires field exploration oversight, data logging, and coordination with project teams. OSHA/ACI certifications are preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Soil Science, Geology or related field; geotechnical concentration preferred
• 0-3 years’ experience in geotechnical consulting or related field
• EIT preferred or ability to obtain EIT certificate
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience with field testing and subsurface investigations is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex field exploration programs for diverse project types
• Coordinate laboratory testing programs based on field results
• Prepare field logs and subsurface data for design development
• Prepare initial geotechnical reports for review by project teams
• Oversee construction phase testing and inspections as needed
