We seek a geotechnical engineer to conduct site investigations, analyze subsurface conditions, and prepare clear technical reports for clients and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering background with 0–3+ years in geotechnical work, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while communicating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• EIT certification is highly preferred.
• 0-3+ years of relevant geotechnical experience, including field investigations, lab testing, and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret geotechnical data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to clients and project teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team; manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geotechnical investigations, including site visits, soil sampling, and laboratory testing.
• Conduct field inspections and monitoring during construction to ensure compliance with geotechnical design recommendations and material specifications.
• Prepare geotechnical reports, including data interpretation, analysis, and recommendations, to communicate findings to clients and project stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and construction specifications related to geotechnical engineering.
• Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to geotechnical engineering, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

Higher compensation than the amount listed below may be offered commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 USD
