Job summary

S&ME Inc. is hiring for Drillers and Driller Assistants to join our Field Exploration team in multiple locations. This is hands-on, field-based work requiring physical stamina, safety focus, and a willingness to learn drilling methods and document subsurface conditions.

Qualifications

• Effective communication in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist geotechnical drilling operations and document subsurface conditions.
• Support or operate drilling equipment and coordinate field activities.
• Train junior team members and provide leadership on larger projects where needed.
• Ensure quality, equipment readiness, and field documentation are completed.
